Wealth Management Product, also referred to as Cash management Product is an investment opportunity available to qualified investors with a minimum investment of 1 million shillings. The product is provided by fund managers and banks. It consists of a blend of fix income primary products including commercial papers, treasury bills and high interest bank deposits. Investors are required to lock their funds for periods of 3 months, 6 months or an year. This product provides an interest rate higher than that of Money Market and Income fund unit trusts.
